Bob Wood brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Home Inspection profession.  He’s been employed in roofing (Silvercool Service), form setting and concrete foundation work (Lyles Construction), in addition to property management and maintenance at his own 4 unit apartment building. 

Bob has the unique experience of building his own 4 bedroom 2500 sq.ft. home in Frankfort Hill, NY where the only facet of initial construction contracted out was the excavation.   Bob is a US Navy veteran (Machinist Mate with HVAC and plumbing experience) and his time as an FAA Authorized Inspector developed Bob’s sense of the importance of integrity when performing any type of inspection. 

Bob has been a NYS Licensed Home Inspector #16000055082 since 2013. He is a graduate of the American Building Inspection and Training Company, Colorado Aero Tech, the Radon Testing Corp of America Radon Measurement training course, he has an AOS degree from Mohawk Valley Community College, and a BPS degree from Empire State College.
